Acer is all set to bring Android based smart phone-Stream next month!

It seems that Android has become a talk of the town. Every week we come across stories that talk about of an Android based smart phone launch. This time, Acer has announced its Android 2.1{Éclair} based smart phone-Stream which is coming in next couple of weeks.

The Acer Stream is fully loaded with trendy and smart features that one smart phone possess. It is integrated with social networking features. It proudly flaunts 3.7 capacitive inch touch screen with AMOLED display which gives a resolution of 800*480 pixels.

In terms of connectivity too, it offers 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth that connects you to the virtual world in no time. Also, it has got 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon chip which drives your smart phone in a super fast manner.

It doesn’t stop here! In the multimedia section, it gives you 5 mega pixel camera so that you can take HD quality pictures and record videos at 720p with Dolby Mobile audio. In addition, it also offers GPS so that your content can be geotagged.

Last but certainly not the least, Acer Stream gives you a 512MB of RAM and 2GB of flash memory. If that runs short for you to save media files, then use its expandable option of 32GB via microSD card. In addition, Acer has a free streaming service called Spinlets which allow you to post tunes on social networking sites. The company has not revealed its price and availability yet, but according to the sources, it may come next month at a price of £399.
